Hello. I am new here and recently purchased a 2016 Ram 1500. Does anyone else have an issue where there are times where the phone will disconnect from the radio while on a call or playing music? I thought I saw about a TSB for this somewhere. Any help? Thank you.4BDD7DB2-4BB4-4D9F-B690-57485B251F85.jpeg

Could be a bluetooth issue. Try forgetting your radio on the phone. Make sure your phone has all updates and you have turned off your phone. Then re-pair it. If you still have the problem you have at least eliminated the phone. One other thing you could try, big you have access to a second phone is to use that one and see if problem persists. Just ways to be sure it is not the phone before you go digging into the radio. Good luck.

In addition to what has been said, check and make sure you turn off power saving settings and clear your Bluetooth cache.

Thanks today. I made the truck and phone forget the pairing and repaired it. So far so good. Hopefully it keeps working correctly.
