I have a 2022 3500 dually diesel that is back in the shop for the 5 time with a “U Connect Service Required, See Dealer” error coded. Back 2 months ago when it was in the dealer they replace everything remotely affiliated to the U Connect system and all worked great for about 2 weeks, then the error proceeded to return more often. After being stranded along the road and several dealerships on a road trip they told me it was a broken ground wire and my error codes disappeared long enough for me to get home. Now I’m back to the U Connect error code, the info screen blacking out completely and sluggish responsiveness to any interactions with the screen.
