U Connect Service issue

I have a 2022 3500 dually diesel that is back in the shop for the 5 time with a “U Connect Service Required, See Dealer” error coded. Back 2 months ago when it was in the dealer they replace everything remotely affiliated to the U Connect system and all worked great for about 2 weeks, then the error proceeded to return more often. After being stranded along the road and several dealerships on a road trip they told me it was a broken ground wire and my error codes disappeared long enough for me to get home. Now I’m back to the U Connect error code, the info screen blacking out completely and sluggish responsiveness to any interactions with the screen.
Has anyone else had this issue as well?

I have a 2022 RAM 1500 Big Horn, I've been getting the "Uconnect box requires service. Please visit an authorized dealer" for 2 years now. The screen goes gray and I can't see anything until I hit ok, which defaults to the error code constantly and certainly everytime I turn the vehicle on/off. I've been to three dealerships for a total of four times thus far and nothing has been fixed. Now I'm being told that since the vehicle is over 3 years old it's no longer a warranty issue; even though it was first reported and negatively diagnosed starting in November 2023. You would think this is a simple SW issue and someone would have found a cause or fix? I've submitted a case with RAM Connect and I'll advise if I get anything accomplished.
