Any way to permanently bypass the start up splash screen that requires acceptance?

Mine just times off by itself by the time I’m buckled up and ready to drive.... no way to get rid of it as it’s a “cover your ass” Deal so you can’t blame the manufacturer for getting into a crash while messing with the radio.

As stimpy said, it goes away on it's on in a few seconds. It's usually gone by the time I've put on my seat belt and am ready to drive.
