Yes it should. That's what came in my 2015 tradesman before I upgraded to the 8.4 radio. Worked just fine with the backup cam.
If your truck doesn't have the camera installed already you will need to enable the reverse camera in alfaodb too after installing it.

Settings for AlfaODB

Rear View Camera:

Rear View Camera
Rear Camera Present
Rear Camera CSM
Rear View Camera Delay CSM
Trailer Hitch Camera
Rear View Camera Dynamic Gridlines Enabled - Or - Static Gridlines Enabled
