My 2019 Laramie longhorn' Uconnect radio has been having problems connecting for quite a while.
On start up, is says sirius xm loading but never connects.
Note... sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt... it has a mind of its own.
This is creating another issue... when it does this, I can't use the am/fm radio, the CD player or send/recieve calls. The volume will not adjust and no sound comes from the speakers on anything...
I was told to doe a few different reset steps. Some work intermittently but it is rando. When it does it.does anyone have any ideas to fix this?
Customer care say just take to the dealer....
