Uconnect 3.0 freezing

Is anyone besides me having problems with the uconnect system especially the 3.0 freezing when connected to the phone via Bluetooth. I’ve been fighting with them for a month. They replaced the radio and the second one is worse than the first. It’s the non color non touch screen 3.0. Tried 3 phones. I swear to God this system ruins the whole new Ram experience. And it’s unsafe.

Yes, had the same issue on my work truck. Would sometime stay on for 30 minutes after kicking me off bluetooth. Finally got the dealer to switch radios, never stayed on again, but still freezes occasionally or just kicks off at random times. I had issues with both a Pixel and Samsung.

Just found this post after mine kept freezing as well. The dealership replaced teh radio but it still does this. The recipient starts by saying they can no longer hear me and then it freezes and ther is no way to reboot. I have a Samsung phone and it does not freeze using the Android Auto. This is an obvious design flaw that Ram should address.

Wild guess here, I had radio freezing, not coming on at all, weird characters, stopped reading thumbdrive in the middle of a song etc. I had an issue where the truck would not start and found that all but 1 fuse was not pushed in all the way. After pushing them in, been 2/3 months without a single issue. Also cleared other "weird" stuff

This is when I was about done, you can see the yellow fuses and a red one sticking up just a hair

Alison, yes, several actually, and the last rep sent me rebooting instructions this week that do not work. I cannot believe the Fiat software engineers build this system without a reset button somewhere. The only way I can clear the screen is to remove the battery posts or wait 30 minutes. Can anyone tell me why the screen freezes if the calls are dropped?

I am also on my 3rd radio and it still does this. It is freaking crazy the programmers built no reset into these very low quality vehicle Ipads.
