Uconnect Access

I have had a problem for a couple of weeks regarding my uConnect access. For about a month or so after I bought my truck, I could use the App from my phone to lock,remote start etc... from it. Now when I log into the app from the phone it says it cannot find my Uconnect account. I did not change my username or pw. Weird.. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem. I had the problem before and even after the recent update to the radio.

Any Help ?

delete the app and re-install works again after that...
