I have a 22 Ram 1500 with 2650 miles on it. When I am connected to CarPlay the caller can not hear me. It doesn’t matter if I call them or if they call me. Everything else works and just started having this issue a couple of weeks ago. The assist button people where no help. They said they sent an update to drive the truck for 20 minutes and it will be fine. NOPE The dealership has no idea. Any ideas?
