Uconnect And Navigation

I have to go somewhere tomorrow and I cannpt get connected to my Uconnect App. No problem, I'll just manually enter it into the Nav System in the truck. It tells me the address doesn't exist when I see it just fine on Google Maps. Can I use my computer for Send and Go? If so, I cannot find the option anywhere. If not, why?

I think I figured out the problem. My app didn't update and I had to reinstall. If send and go would work I'd know for sure. It's taking forever to send it though

First off your maps are probably old and outdated so the address may not be there if it is somewhat new. And I am pretty sure the send and go requires the uconnect paid subscription to work. Do you have that? And don't think you can send it from a computer either? But never really messed with it too much. Google maps on your phone is a heck of a lot better.

I do have that. The address is to a hospital that's been there as long as I can remember. I know Google maps on my phone will work better, but I should be able to use something I pay for. I tell you what, I won't renew again if this crap won't work

OK. Phone says it was sent. I'll go check. Might have been nice to get a notice that there was an update and the old app wouldn't work anymore though

I got it to work. Finally. All it takes is to get the newest app that they don't tell you has updated. Then you need to scream and yell at your radio at the top of your lungs, call it names, swear at it, and threaten to beat it out of the dash with a ballpeen hammer and it works just fine
