Uconnect Bluetooth issue

Good morning I was wondering if anyone else had a issue with using Bluetooth and the 12” screen. My issue is when I am engaged in a call the person I am talking to stops hearing me for no apparent reason. I am talking and it is like I put the mute button on and they can’t hear me. I can hear them fine but I need to switch back to the phone and then back to Bluetooth so they can hear me. I tried deleting the phone and adding it back and I am still having the same issue. I want to get some feedback before I make a appointment with the dealer.

I am having a Uconnect problem as well. Connecting my Iphone via cable it goes to car play, and shows my location in western NY where I am from but unfortunately I am in Florida. It works correctly sometimes and there doesnt seem to be any pattern to when it works or doesnt. I brought it to Ram dealer that couldnt figure it out in the 3 hours they had it...I had to leave.
Also my blue tooth wont connect any more
