Thought I would post an update to my post here, http://www.ramforum.com/f42/ra_5_0_8_4_radio_bezel-56433/index23.html#post976186.

I received my vp4 (Nav) from LKQ online. I purchased it for $225 which included shipping and a 6 month warranty. I also ordered the OEM bezel with no volume control. It was already hard enough spending $140 ($10 off coupon), I did not want to spend double for a knob. Initially I looked over the head unit which was out of a 2013 Laramie (Canadian build). It was dusty and apparently someone tried to wipe it down and as a result put a couple of scratches on the screen. I know they are there because I am looking for them, but once the screen is lit up its very hard to see (how can I complain for $225..?).

Now for the install. Very easy and very much plug and play. My truck is a 2014 Ram 1500 Big Horn w/steering wheel volume controls and I also have the 7" EVIC. I removed the center stack (don't forget the 3rd screw in the cubby) and pulled. Remove the screws and clips from the old RA2 radio bezel and reverse for the install of the OEM 8.4" bezel. Once the VP4 (RA4) is installed everything lit up just as normal. I was able to get the security code from my dealer for free, but I had to physically show him the receipt from LKQ. NAV did take a drive around the block to calibrate. I just got done installing the newest Uconnect update and transferred my complimentary Sirius subscription over for $15.

Everything works as it should minus controlling the HVAC through the headunit which I knew was going to happen. You can see your settings when you control the HVAC with the knobs. The turn by turn NAV does work through the 7" EVIC as well.

Now, the reason I purchased the Canadian version was because I did not want the 911 mirror nor did I want to get the aircard to work. Overall, I couldn't be happier. I got NAV, Sirius, better controls, and better Bluetooth quality which is what I was after.

Now the pictures:
