Uconnect Sirius Guardian

I see lots of issues with the uconnect app. We have not been able to use the app for remote start etc. Reached out to both Sirius Guardian and Ram cares and both have yet to get back to us. Kee getting told that a work ticket was opened but no resolution. Seems like that by the date some of the problem posts have on them this issue is years old. Has anyone actually been helped or should I just not get my hopes up?

I have Uconnect on my 17 Ram. The app remote start takes about 30 seconds for my truck to start. My phone is the Note 9.

First try resetting your phone if that does not work try uninstalling then reinstalling the app
I had to do this before when mine acted up

I am having issues as well.. but it's not just the phone app... I cannot use remote start from the web page either.. unless I have had the truck running within the past 15 minutes.. then it works from either the web page or the app.. lol Ram told me to cal guardian.. they told me they thought it was a software update that I would have to go to the dealer for.. just a pain!
