Hello everyone. I'm thinking 8 years ago I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 Bighorn. I've never been able to keep the Sirius channel locked in. As soon as I turn the truck off I have to get Serius to reset it. I was going to take it to the dealer...they want 250 to look at and do updates. I'm told only the dealer can do the updates. Is that true?

There are soft resets you can try, but you've probably already done those.
