Uconnect upgrade problems

Trying to upgrade my radio and it keeps giving me an error. Saying two or more USB devices are connected, to disconnect everything except memory cars. Only problem is there's nothing plugged in except the card. I don't have anything even in the truck. Took out everything electronic wise. Any help?

Turn the key to the run position and hold the screen off and back buttons together. This will get you into the engineering menu. Restart the Uconnect system. It seems like yours may be stuck in a software loop.

You can do a reset but be aware all settings and such will be lost. You'll have to set it up again.

Holding the buttons, not doing anything.

Its the hot and cold buttons you have to hold. I reset the radio, still not reading memory card right. Telling me multiple USB devices detected. Please remove all devices and re-insert only update device. That's what I did for about 50 times!
