Speedometer cluster upgrade

This can be done for sure in 2012 hemi express quad cab 2x4. I can't say it will work in 2013. I upgraded my truck's steering wheel controls/buttons & basic cluster to evic from a wrecked 2012 1500. Plug & play. Only problem is mileage didn't transfer over & steering wheel controls & some features didn't work. 2012 model year if ur truck didn't come with certain features from factory u cannot add them even if u take it to dealer & have them flash it with proper vin code #. Did some more research come to find out Jon Rodriguez at afterhoursmopar.com in Florida he has special CPU tools tht even dealership dnt have. I've already contacted him & he can reprogram TIPM & activate everything for me. I just have to send TIPM to him. He can transfer mileage as well but only problem he has to have truck in front of him. I would contact him first & see what he can do for u. Hope this helps
