Upcoming change to the truck....

Not the best of chops.......but it works! The wheel is a little too bright in this pic, but you get the idea....

These are off of a 2012 Laramie Longhorn. Going to be painted PXR black. I am going to call the dealer in the morning too, see if I can get the other center caps for these. These say "Longhorn" on them. I've seen them where the just say RAM. If so, the RAM will be in silver too.

Graps will be gone, I have a set of 275/65/20 Toyo A/T IIs hitting the door tomorrow.

Also nabbed a set of OEM TPMS sensors for under $50 on eBay. The guy that had these before removed them to put them on his new wheels and tires.

Honestly, I have never liked the full black wheels. I want something with a little pop to them.....and well.....this does it! LOL

And, I am tired of running something off the shelf.

Lights are on the backburner - my plates are being designed right now for my 2013 swaparooo

Another reason for the change, I'm tired of running a spacer up front. 295s, just too wide for my truck. Even with a 1/4" spacer, I rub from time to time, and it drives me nuts. And the spacer gives me a nice vibration on the highway. Eh........

And tired of seeing the damn TPMS light on. Screw it, replacing it all LOL

TRUST me......I thought heavily about that.

But, I kinda like some black on the wheels - I just didn't like the semi gloss I had before. And, I'll be honest......I f'n love the PXR black. If I had done a few more PXR'd lights before I started with the mineral / slate gray on the truck.......well, she'd be a tad different now. Hell, I could swap that up pretty easily......except for the damn stripe. kidding.......WAY too much paintwork on the truck in slate to even think about that!

I chatted with a member on here about them - said he loves his, and they look to fit the bill for what I'm after.

Called the dealer this morning to check into some different center caps.............ouch!

These have the "Laramie Longhorn" caps. I want the limited caps (which just say RAM).

$48 each, and on backorder for a while.

the center caps on these are not the small ones - they are specific to these wheels, and I only want the ones that say "RAM" on them.
