Updating Intune I-1000 on Mac

Just purchased these from a forum member. I want to make sure it is up to date and what not before installing on my truck. However it does not auto-run software when I put it into my computer.

Tried calling Diablo but was on hold for 30 minutes and gave up yesterday. do you guys have any tips?

If it is an I1000, it will not work on your truck...That tuner only works up to 2010 on the Dodge trucks. Only the I1000DCX and the I2 work on the 2013 models.

Updating with MAC computers is a hassle with most tuners as well. You are better off borrowing a friend or family members Windows computer to run your updates.

It is the DCX which is good... unfortunately everyone I know owns a Mac.

20 minutes on hold and one of Diablo reps was able to send me some files to force the update.
