updating tuner question

updating tuner problems

im trying to update the software on my superchips flaspaq 3865, and its not letting me. it says, (2) a key exchange error has occured. and after that another notification comes up that says (M2 a tuner connection error has occured. any idea what it can be? iv never had this problem before

Now its saying my USB port is locked and my tuner needs to be unlocked?? Iv only ever used one computer/cable and never tried it in another vehicle, what gives??
