Upgrade dash cluster and steering wheel

I have a 2011 ram 1500 slt that has the basic dash cluster and basic steering wheel with no buttons I am looking at getting the steering wheel with the arrow buttons no uconnect and an evic dash cluster my question is are the new cluster and wheel plug and play where I can access my evic with the steering wheel once installed without any computer updates?
