Upgraded to Uconnect 12"

A few days ago I upgraded my 2021 Ram 1500 DT from the basic 8.4" to the 12" system. Did the programming per instructions, using AlfaOBD and everything works fine except my back up camera is not working yet. The vendor's tech support told me that was normal and will take sometimes over a week to start working. I assume that the headunit get the BU signal because when I push the soft BU camera button the screen (where the image should be) turns blue and reverts to the previous screen after a short while.

I did a search heren but couldn't find any relevant information. What I would like to know is what other have experienced as far as time goes before the BU camera started working.
