I have the MyGig Nav in my 2011 Ram, and I can't seem to figure out how to upload pictures to it. I tried putting the pics on a thumbdrive, and it wont even recognize that a thumbdrive has been plugged in. Also tried from disc, and it says no files there. I resized the pictures, made sure they were .jpg, am I missing something?

It has to be a certain display size to be recognized. I'll post what it says from the owners manual. I suggest a google search on mygig image size. I bet you'll find your answer.

I swear that's the size I made mine. Tried uploading from a disc and from a flash drive. Neither worked. I'll try some more today.

I just made them that size and jpg file extension then just had them in the root directory of the USB drive. Reformat the USB drive as fat32 and try again. Or maybe the file is too large.
