This is what it states on BDS website for part# NPA 310;

Important Notes

  • Aftermarket wheels with 5" BS will clear up to 12.50" wide tire.
For Models 2006-2018: Works with stock rims with stock tires, or up to 12.50” wide tires on 17/18/20x9 w/ 4.5”-5”

But, then in the instructions it states this, which seems contradictory;

TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION FOR YOUR VEHICLE

4. Will not work with stock rims with a 12.50” wide tire, tire will rub the UCA at full steering lock. If the stock rim is reinstalled it will need to be with the stock size tire ONLY.

I have a 2017 1500 FWD with Firestone Destination 35/12.50 R20 with Eibach Pro Lift shocks and coils, set at 2nd ring - which gives about 2-1/2" lift.

I do not turn to full steering lock when in FWD. I only go to full steering lock in a parking lot. Any thoughts if this would work?

Get Zone or Icon or RL etc. Impeccable failure record, that's something you won't get with the BDS UCAs. Look around for BDS uca failures. The way they have handled those UCAs failures has been even worst.

I agree, way too many documented BDS UCA failures. I would strongly recommend Zone UCA's for your setup. Let us know if you would like a quote on a set. Just send me a message
