gray goose, i got it from the place in the link that warl posted in his reply. its a pretty easy install. the trickiest part it getting the gear mechanism on the door tucked up and under the dash. that took more effort than i imagined it would

Same here. The price tag actually made me realize the utility of the open cavity for passengers over that of a glove box. It a pretty handy little shelf for a rider.

Maybe I'm the only one who likes it without the door. I agree it may look better with it but the open cavity doesn't bother me enough to add the door, let alone spend a decent amount of cash to do so.

But mostly I find it useful. My son and other passengers use it all the time to set stuff. It has been super convenient. If there were a door that space would never get used.
