sadly, that experience is with the best dodge dealer in my area and thats over a 30 min drive away, i actually love the dealership, i just hate the service department, while the tech that worked on my vehicle was a complete moron, the front end of the dealer took care of me by giving me loaner cars off the lot instead of making me go through a rental company

Hi Demon-HeMi,
Just following up with you here as well - please know that this is not what we hope to hear. Dealers should be treating this recall with urgency and we regret that this has not been the case. Please send us a PM for additional assistance. Include your VIN, phone number, current mileage and preferred dealer.

Just a heads up, you have to input your VIN to get to the actual recall page....

My 2012 RAM is immune from the Takata virus but my 2012 Toyota Sennia wasn't... Three days in the shop to fix the air bags, another two days in the shop to fix the radio and EVIC (or whatever Toy calls their dash display) they broke while fixing the airbags...

Some days you're the windshield, some days you're the bug... LOL

That would make me wonder what else they broke, that you can`t even see.

Yep, which is why the wifey bought the extended warranty through her credit union when we bought Charmin... (I call her minivan Charmin because on the highway it is about as intimidating as a roll of Charmin... LOL)

So far I will say that the Auto Nation Toyota dealership in Pinellas Park, FL (shameless endorsement) has been Johnny-on-the-spot with the Sienna... I am refreshed at their Service Department's quality. When I picked up the van after the airbag recall service, they told me right up front that they messed up and fried the radio/display. Didn't elaborate as to -what- they did, but owned it. They replaced everything and it only cost me the time to get back and forth from the dealership to the house.

Good to hear. Similar to the Ram dealership I have bought my last 5 vehicles from.
