In the market for a purchase of a new truck, probably Warlock, in spring. I have some older iPods and iPhones I use only as a music device/library with headphones. Can they connect to the radio via USB and play that way vs a wireless connection? I saw something on the display upgrade options that they came with a USB port which I assumed was for this purpose.

Thanks, I could do that if I had to. I am guessing it just plays in whatever order they are on the thumb drive?

The 8.4N head unit has a "random" function so you don't have to listen to the music in the order it is loaded on the USB device.
