I had a 600w 4 channel amp lying around that I'd like to use to power a 12" 250w RMS Single Coil 4 ohm sub. According to the specs, the amp puts out 300w x 1 @ 4 ohms bridged from the rear channels. Will that work with my sub? Also, is there an issue with me leaving the front 2 channels unused? I do intend to use them eventually to power my front door speakers. TIA

That'll work just fine. Your sub is 4 ohm. Otherwise there would be a problem.
