Vent adjusters

Does anyone know how to remove these?

If they are built the same way as my other FCA products you have to get to the back side in order to disconnect the rod/clip that controls the up/down/right/left vent adjustment.

If they aren't like my SRT or my older Ram then it looks as if they are glued on to the center slat and all the rest of the slats are connected via a bar in the back.

What MADDOG said. I do not think there is a non-destructive way to remove.
