Not sure if any of you are familiar with BlueBatmobile.. Andy is his name. He's well known in the import world for doing vinyl overlays for headlights/taillights, vinyl styling on vehicles, etc. Nissans, Acuras, Hondas, etc. Think lamin-x, but much cheaper. Usually $25-50 for a set of taillights or headlights, or similar.
He creates the designs and will sell to the car owner, or has a network of vinyl installers around the country that do the install.
I reached out to him about overlays for the heads/tails/3rd brake light for our trucks. He said he would love to create these and make available for us, but needs a demo truck in SoCal for him to test the fit on, get measurements, etc.
Anyone in SoCal available to do this? Any interest from anyone else in getting for their truck? I personally prefer this method, instead of paint. It's easy to install, cheap, and 100% reversible.
