Warlock wheel options

Hello and thank you in advance for any help. I did search and found some information but the proper offset is what i am missing. I have a 2019 warlock and i am contemplating getting new wheels for it. I may go with a size combination similar to the stock wheel/tire combo on it now to keep the speedometer as close as possible to stock or go to a larger tire. The truck currently has the bilstein 5100’s set at 2.1 up front. I like the icon 17inch wheels but would consider keeping the stockers with different tires if this becomes a hassle. What would be the proper offset on a 17-20 inch wheel assuming they would clear the brakes and/or anything else. Also, i would want the tires snuck into the fenders as much as possible. Sorry, i am not too knowledgeable with these trucks. And again, THANK YOU in advance.

Stock should be a 19mm offest.
