Dunno dude as I've read the class action lawsuit for this glaring manufacturing defect was tossed.Take the evidence to the media. Public shaming can get things moving sometimes.

- The back window frame was OEM as far as I know as I'm 2nd owner.
- I had Safelite replace the entire assembly out-of-pocket rather than the aggravation of dealing with Stellantis as well as the local CDJR dealer.
- Leak testing with hose as well as a trip thru the swirl-o-matic car wash revealed no leaking. (knocking on wood)
Total cost for parts (window & frame), labor, recycling fee were just under $700.00 USDThanks for the update.
I think you were wise to skip the BS and just pay for the repair yourself.
It is sad that Stellantis values its profit so much more than its integrity.
I immensely enjoy my Warlock and most things about it, but had I known about all this grief and aggravation to obtain warranty service, I likely would have stuck with Toyota.
I bought a 1-year-old pre-enjoyed '07 Tundra from a Canadian Toyota dealership, a made-for-the-USA truck, and had zero grief with warranty service in Canada or the USA.
And both dealerships treated me like I bought the truck from them as new.
To assist other members who choose to follow your lead, what was the cost of parts and labour to replace the rear window and frame?
TIA

I do understand those buyers arguing because when a customer has purchased a product that has flaws, there's the belief of 'principle' that the manufacturer will make it right since they've taken your money and would reap the benefits of loyalty to their brand. Thanks for providing those details.
I wouldn't want to waste much time arguing to save $700, but I know people who would be ready to jump in for $50.
Life is too short, why waste it?

The fact that the ...
> rear window/Brake light leak keeps happening with different people, over and over and over again, along with the
> bubbling Limited/Longhorn dash pads, over and over and over again; along with the
> eTorque Generator/Random stall issues, over and over and over again;
on the 5th Gen trucks is embarrassing and has made it so I can't confidently recommend them to to people I know/talk to anymore vs 4th Gen/classic. Doesn't sound like the 2025+ trucks with Atlantis electrical architecture are off to a good start either.
If Stellantis/Ram/Ramcares are willing to start backing the trucks/warranty claims (& backing the dealers to do it) for these well known & documented issues, especially ones with TSB's, then that can change. We love the trucks when they are free from defects but quality & rep has suffered with the 5th gens.
Side note:
I lost a bunch of $$ trading in my custom ordered 22 rebel eTorque b/c dealer & higher tech support couldn't fix the random stalling issue with it (from 1200-30k mi) and it was unsafe to drive IMO. (There was always another SW update that was supposed to fix it, but didn't).
Will my '22 limited (w/o eTorque) have the dash pad issue? ... will it be covered? (Not based on feedback I see here).
