Rear window sealing under warranty TSB 23-042-24?

I did do a followup email to them ..forgot to ask ..about the TSB states a 8yr/150K warranty extension ..I want to see where I stand on that going forward should a re-leak occur..open still on their reply.

I asked RAM CARES for clarification on my coverage going forward on this reimbursement, since it’s associated with TSB 23-042-24 Fig 2 sealing. This TSB, like the other for the 3rd brake light, has an “extended warranty” mentioned.

They sent me as the record of warranties linked to my vin#. ..no mention of the rear window sealing, only the 3rd brake light.

I gather, while not said, they don’t want to admit the TSB for GFE and GFD is incomplete.

I asked if my case number would be in their system and linked to my vin# ..yes, and the case is closed, but the case will always be linked to my vin#.

I guess that’s as far as they would go. I was hoping for something in black and white, so if the rear glass links again...it’s repair and warranty would come up and can be referred to…or I get my own sealant

Hello all ..$375 check from FCA "in hand" (reimbursement) and dealership charge of $11.25 for use of credit card ..posted back to card ..total refund..once again .... thank you ALL for your help.
Next to address is a stupid email from MVP support @mvp.stellantisStellanis.com whereby, I attempted to point out that TSB 23-042-24 sales codes GFE and GFD were incomplete ...they didn't address any of the points I made ..only what cover I did or didn't have.

Hello all ..I have a 2020 RAM limited and the dealer took care (not really a great job) of the 3rd brake light issue ..covered under the warranty extension letter. Now comes the bad part ..the glass repair tech saw an issue with the seal around the rear glass window ..dealer never clarified what he saw. Before I took my truck in I did see what appeared as a hole where the roof trim meets the rear glass and on the same side as a water stain was on the inside glass ..sounds like 1+1 = 2 to me and source of the leak and thus agrees with TSB cause...manufacturing. They charged me $375 + use of a CC for sealing around the rear glass. I discovered TSB 23-042-24 and Fig 2 is what they did for this charge. I brought this TSB to their attention and near the end of the document..vehicles included in this TSB have an warranty extension to 8 years or 150K miles. Sham dunk right..no ..they would not refund my money ..said this TSB did not apply. Can anyone help and determine who is right? I live in Maryland

I am having this same issue but have not paid for the repair. I have the same TSB, they refuse to even look at it. I have an extended warranty through Mopar where it lists under covered items: Mopar Accessories Section: Power Sliding Rear Window Assembly (Trucks). The dealership continue to tells me, not covered according to their system.

Dealership defers me to Mopar, Mopar back to Ram, Ram back to dealership.

Ram Cares in this forum is a ******* joke. Don’t even waste your time with them.

Please send me a DM and let me know if you make any ground. This is class action lawsuit worthy because clearly enough folks have had issues and Ram is very aware of the manufacturing issue considering they issued a TSB classifying it as manufacturing issue.

my interior is all stained from water will they replace that. stain has not
come out after shampoo. dealer said ram would not replace the cloth ceiling.
