Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Leaking Window and Extended Warranty CoverageHello, @papcie03 and @Explorer682!
Our team would like to see how we can best assist. As it seems you are based in Canada @Explorer682, we are limited in the help we can provide. Our team helps customers and vehicles primarily in the United States. We recommend calling 1-800-465-2001 for further assistance.
For @papcie03, please send us a private message with your VIN and vehicle mileage! We would like to look into this.

Ram Cares
Dear @RamCares Team,
I am writing to formally address a recurring issue with my 2021 Ram 1500 DT, specifically a water leak from the rear window that I believe should be covered under the extended warranty (23-098-23). I initially reached out to 1-866-RAM-INFO last week and spoke with three different representatives on three separate occasions. Each time, I was assured that I would receive a follow-up call from a case manager regarding this issue and the coverage under the extended warranty. However, I never received any such call.
When I followed up today, I was informed that my case had been canceled and that I had been given ‘misinformation’ during my previous calls because for some reason my 2021 1500 isn’t covered by the warranty, yet my truck is clearly impacted by this defect.
This admission of misinformation is concerning, as it indicates negligence on Rams part and has caused further delays in resolving the issue.
While I have been waiting for a resolution, the water leak has continued to affect my vehicle and the subsequent growth of mold. As a result, I am unable to safely use my truck, particularly as I cannot transport my 18-day-old son in it due to these concerns.
This situation has escalated beyond a simple inconvenience, and I am deeply frustrated by the lack of communication and the continued disregard for my safety and well-being. An apology from the ‘supervisor’ that i spoke to is insufficient given the extent of the harm caused.
I request that you immediately address this issue, provide a timely resolution, and ensure that the warranty is honored in accordance with the coverage I am entitled to. Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this matter
