So good news is they ordered me a new FOB and had it programmed yesterday, they also took care of the rust spots in the back and were nice enough to buff out the blue scuff mark from the front bumper. They also neglected to mention that with the exterior/interior warranty I get a free detail kit to do the truck with and free refills whenever I run out.

Damn you have a dealer that wants to make you happy. I am dealing with one that completely screwed up financing on our 2013 Fusion and they are just running me back and forth in a giant circle. Also not calling me with updates and things like that, completely ******* my wife and I off.
