Water in underwear storage compartment

weird one.. under the rear seat on drivers side in storage bin, there is a couple inches of water accumulated. Dried it out and couple weeks later it was back. I️ feel around the top along carpet and wall behind seat..nothing is wet. Anyone have any idea where this water can come from. It’s 2010 ram 1500 Laramie

Are you seeing any discoloration (staining) on headliner? Normally that is the first sign of 3rd break light water infiltration, but water leaks can be funny sometimes showing up in ways you'd never expect. Do you have a reg, quad or crew cab.

My truck had same problem

My third brake light was slightly leaking and showed a light 5"x9" stain that if I wasn't looking for it, Id guarantee Id miss it. It wasn't until I started reading up on it leaking that I looked and sure enough around the top of the passenger rear window there was a water stain. I asked the dealer to seal it but they said they were just going to replace the whole thing. Waiting to get it back so not sure if that will solve the issue.
