Hello everyone. This is the first time I have ever posted anything in a forum so if I mess this up, I'm sorry. Here's my reason for joining the forum. I have a 2006 4 door Dodge Ram with a 6 speed standard and 3.7 L v6. I can't go up a hill without loosing 20 mph and can't pull out in traffic. I would like recommendations on Tuners that work, cold air induction kits ect..Can't afford to waste money on the one's that really don't work..Can someone recommend brands they have used and know that they work ??

Welcome to rf. Now for your question i would say the thing that will feel the most would be gears. Do you know what gears you have in there now?

Welcome. Superchips, and diablo are the popular tuners, I don't know off have of they work with the v6 though. Somebody who does will chime in. Next thing to do would be a cold air intake and a good exhuast

Welcome to RF! I didn't even know they made a 4 door with the 3.7L, that's gotta be a lot of strain on the engine. I had a 2004 RCSB 3.7L, and I know it fell on it's face alot, I can't imagine a 4 door.

I second the gears. A tuner will help, but prolly not much with it being a smaller motor. But gears will most likely make a big improvement in upill acceleration.
