Weird Codes

Hey guys,

My dad had his E-Torque generator replaced by the dealer after a sudden failure while driving. Shortly after (he claims months, but not sure), he started getting code U0415 and U1003 when remote starting the truck. This code seems to be related to the ABS module. The odd part is that it only comes up when he remote starts the truck. If he manually starts the truck, the code does not appear. I didn't think at first that it would be related to the E-Torque but the scan shows that its related to the "HybridPtCntl". I've attached my scan. What do you guys think?

Anyone? Sometimes the code goes away when the truck is started manually, and sometimes it doesn't. There is an IGLA system installed. I have an appointment to get this moved to a different circuit in the truck. Maybe the remote start sequence has something blocked by the IGLA and throws a code? If the code is not present from the previous use of the truck, the remote start works fine.
