But I got a new cb antenna coming and big rig lights by recon I got the 62" ones I need more amber lights. :********: Cause cab lights and tow mirror lights anit good enough anymore!!!

****..........I said I wasn't going to mod this truck. Just the "basics" (tonneau, etc........) - that didn't last long. Once you start modding a vehicle its hard to not mod all of them. I even have a mod on our minivan (HIDs).

Tint done! got one of the lights to work like it should the other is a work in progress. I think I'm gonna have to call recon on this one.

Sweet. I want mirror lights. Do you happen to have a write up on how ya did it?? What kind of recon lights did you get?? What year?

There dually lights and no I never did a write up on them I wasn't happy with how the install when so I never did it. I wish I had done a better job installing them I can't fold the mirrors in all the way now and they don't flash with the turn singles.

Ok well may I ask how you installed them?

Opened them up and pulled the wires threw them drill 2 small holes on the outside by the end so the mirror can flip up. You cant drill thew the metal inside the mirrors its just to thick. I was told if you get the power ones u can just use that wiring.

I wont be around this weekend so leave yr number of my fb and ill txt u some pics from the outside of the mirror on how I did it.

which wire did you use for the recon "big rig" lights? i want to do this but i dont know which wire on the door switch to us as the hot.
