Wet floorboard...Help!

Every time it rains, not a hard rain only a light steady rain....carpet inside truck is wet. I've resealed the third brake light a couple of times, I've had the rear window slider resealed. The windshield shop is telling me its could be body seals so I had it at a body shop they ran water on the truck and couldn't get the body seams to leak and the body shop is telling me it could be the rear slider. Got another opinion and another glass shop tells me it could be the front fresh air intake drainage somewhere....Help! Has anyone else had this issue?

Are you running the a/c when you notice the water? Is it only on one side of the truck? Quad cab?

WHERE is the carpet wet? Back? Side? Front? We need this info.
