What aftermarket shocks can I run?

I currently have the zone 2" uca leveling kit with 1.5" body lift. The ride quality is ok but I think I'd like to put some aftermarket shocks on the front and rear. If I put a jag of wood in the back it sure does squat. Can I run bilsteins with the uca and body lift? I know guys run them to level the truck but curious if I could also run them with the setup i have now or is there something else i could look into to help ride quality? I am running 295/60/20 ridge grapplers I know they aren't helping.

You can run anything that doesn't add lift if you want to keep the spacer, or toss the spacer and install 2.25" Rancho QL struts, or Billies set a 2.1 or Eibach struts set at 2.25", For the back you can do the matching Rancho rear shocks, or 5100 or Eibach shocks. You have the UCA's already.

I slapped bills in the front at 2.8, love em. For the rear I installed 1.5” steel spacers. This left me a 1” rake. Every now and the I’ll haul between 1.5-2k lbs in a small 4x8 highside trailer with little sag. It looks near level when I haul it. The rear spacers made a great difference with no impact on ride quality.

Thanks guys. I'd really like to run the ranchos. I had bills on my last ram I really liked them but I'd like to try something different. I like how you can dial the rear shocks accordingly. The bills are more in my price range and I could get a bills steering stabilizer also.
