What are these holes in my pickup bed?

Any idea what the use of these holes are in my pickup bed?

Front of bed:


Bottom of bed. Drain holes?

First pic:
Those should have black plugs.

Second pic:
Those aren’t OEM to my knowledge


Third pic:
Upper has no plug but the lower holes should have had a tie down loop, should be at the lower 4 corners front/back.


The bedliner guys probably removed the oval shaped plugs and never put them back, maybe they removed your tie down loops as well.

#2 looks like a 5th wheel hitch. Mine mounted with 2 in the middle though.
