I got the new ball joints, rear shocks, track bar, right outer and left inner tie rods in before it started pouring. Only things left are the other new tie rods and front shocks. I'm waiting on 4wp to ship out the bottom bushings for the front shocks.

Track bar clearance looks alright with the front diff and crossmember.

I go down to the shop Monday to get a true dual 2.5" exhaust with no cats and this muffler. It's a dual in dual out x pipe/muffler. It also gets an alignment.

I wish I could have done a before and after but you can find stock v10s easily on youtube. Mine will be getting JBA headers installed aswell. So not sure what a v10 will sound like with 2.5" duals, borla, headers... At least the muffler saves me from getting an x pipe.

Iv been told they sound close to a viper I will never believe it till I hear it tho.

The viper has true duals (no x or h pipe) and that would kill my trucks bottom end (from what most say) but I wonder how much extra if any, horsepower that nets you.

Well while I've been sitting here sweating my balls off I've purchased a set of 4.10 rear gears, full axle rebuild kit, and a Detroit TrueTrack lsd for the rear for a total of 600+ shipping. ******* Facebook lol supposed to save this money. I've also paid MoparManiac for his old 1.7s that he'll ship me when i get back in the states in August.

Sweating my ass off [here in central Fla.] the shop feels like 200 degrees!!!! Rotated tires [been lazy it's been 12k since the last time] did an oil change and that's it too damn hot for anything else!!!!!

Finished getting the two other tre's and old steering stabilizer in. I had to remove the sway bar, at least until I figure out a way to make it fit. PO hack jobs ftw Just waiting on the front lower shock bushings to come in then off to the alignment shop


Well I need to make a stop to home depot first to pick up nuts for the shock towers. Old ones from the spring spacer don't fit the new bolt rings I had to buy.

Drove it to work today. Thank God my AC Blows cold =) I'm looking for some 33" tires in the next month or so. I have to save up a bit. 33x12.50x15 What the best Brand/price? Also do I need to get the leveling kit for my truck to fit them in the front? It's a stock 1998 1500.

i'm in the panhandle and it got to 98 degrees when i was outside helping my dad with yard work. but us FL crackers are used to the heat!
