Well I've finally done it, been putting it off since February but I finally said F it and did my grille, sweat, tears, blood, and a few (nonalcoholic) drinks later and it's done. And I'm glad I painted it it looks 100x better than stock.

I want that grille. Where did you buy the parts for it?

My last 30 hours. Driving through Canada, the Cummins is pushing about 24 mpgs going around 65 mph. Crazy!

1 day.... And 5 minutes

Pulled the rear diff cover off today to swap an abs sensor in hopes of making my speedo work again, few more hours for good luck then a road test to the old Canadian tire to get the .45 quarts I'm short lol

Looks real good! Did you buy the grille insert and put it on yours or whole grille? Where did you get from and how hard was install?

I bought a plastic replacement shell and an aftermarket Amazon insert, cut the center bars out of the shell, painted the shell with duplicolor and bolted the insert in myself. It took a bit but overall wasn't bad. I think I paid $350 total. Got the emblem from the local dodge dealership... $50 ripoff for an emblem but worth the look.

Well ok, the rear end locked up and the pinion nut came off dumping the drive shaft on the ground

I did the exact same minus the top emblem lol can't justify the price. Does your mesh sit flush on the sides or does it bulge a bit?

It bulges a bit on the sides but you can't tell once it's on the truck..

I thought the same thing, thanks, weird it's not locked up now but put it into 4 wheel to move it and it clunks bad putting it into gear and it will only move about a foot and stop like I'm towing a ton, but take it out of 4 wheel and it rolls fine.

Got my rebuilt fog lights installed, slightly different colour so I might change the upper rings to match.cce02c4c00b8623bdff6452be07d2686.jpg4333b816ab6a73ef866e974fb72a68ad.jpg

Anyone know how to disable the "half powered high beams" that function as DRL? Looking to drive with just halos on when the headlight switch is in the second position. I'm in Canada

Got rid of those pesky front license plate holes that serve no purpose here in NC. He did an excellent job, it's like they were never there to begin with. I also ordered the lower valance, which is the last piece I needed to get the front bumper all finished up. Now I just have to get everything painted.

Just ordered '09 Navigator swaybar endlinks. I've already got new bushings for the swaybar, so next weekend, I'm going to try to see how much of a difference the shorter endlinks with joints at both end make on a slammed truck.
