I got the F150 swaybar end links, so I'm going to put them on tomorrow right after I go dump this load of lawn debris.

Nothing in here for 2 days? What the hell?

I got the swaybar bushings and F150 endlinks put in today and it rides a lot better and no more rubbing.

We had our panties in a bunch from anticipation waiting for you to put your end links on. Now we can resume this thread as normal.

Seems as anyone who modifies turns to a ford sway bar for correction

Seat heaters. Best $50.00 you'll spend this side of Nuevo Laredo.

Had a good friend take off an dispose of the junk tires on the 06-08 20s I purchased a few months back. What do you guys suggest for cleaning of them? I want to clean them up before I get tires. The ones I have are the chrome clads an a couple look to have some pitting on the clad, is there anything I can use to clean up the plastic clad itself?

Found a screw in my right rear tire on my 4th Gen and it was my 3rd Gen that saved my evening by getting me to where I needed to go. :party36:

Mine weren't chrome clad, but I used a non-acidic wheel cleaner from Chemical Guys called Diablo Wheel Gel. That combined with a soft bristle scrub brush, my pressure washer and a little elbow grease got them looking good again. As long as it's nothing acidic, the chrome cladding should be just fine.

No spoilers but I've got something big coming Saturday afternoon. Gonna be great!

Did you put the truck on a diet and replace it all with fiberglass losing some weight?

I no longer have any cigarette lighter or 12V plugs.

I replaced the upper one with a 19mm locking push button switch that will be used for my foglights and the lower one with a USB port.

I got them installed in place, I just need to get some wire to get the USB ports working. The lower 12V port is constant power and it has an LED light, so I'm going to wire it to switched power so that the battery doesn't drain down since I don't drive the truck constantly.

I had to pay a $26 ******* tax while I was working on it though. I wasn't paying attention when I was cutting some zip ties and caught my SiriusXM antenna and cut the wire in half. Ordered a new one, so it'll be here in a couple days.

I need to do mine. I bought the truck over a year ago and haven't put plugs in it yet and I have no idea when the last time they were changed was.

:bawl: I had to have a bad tie rod end replaced today and a nail taken out of the right front tire. What a day! :bawl:

But at least the truck is running real good now. :happy107:
