Just got the call that the tires are on, and the Ram is ready :waytogo:

Wasn't sure how the final product would turn out, but once I saw it my thoughts were "Nailed it". Went with Yokohama X-AT's 35x12.5x20's. Fit the wheel wheels perfectly for me. Love the stance, and foot print. Absolutely no rubbing. 37's I would have had to cut stuff. This was the balance that has always caught my eye on a truck.

Thanks to Schmidty's Garage in HB. Have been trusting them for over 10 years :waytogo:

Now time to give it a needed wash too....

No. It is complete mud. I use the BLDS alot.

I got those tires on still until I am done at the dump and the scrap yard. Then new tires and a new windshield and some much needed detail

Got her all loaded up and new hat strapped on for a trip to the state park tomorrow with the wife and kid. Plus found out today that number 2 on the way is a boy.

Congrats on the new addition to the family. Only real men know how to leave the tree. Others chop the tree and split the trunk.
Hope you have a great weekend with the family. Don't fall out of the canoe.

Got any side pics of the level? I've thought about leveling just the rear instead on my front. When I tow my parents boat, the stance then looks perfect lol. Those helper bags would be nice too

Sincere apologies, I already have multiple coils cut. Probably 2-2.5 total from the OEM length. Strapped down so they don’t lose center of the top hat because I’m too cheap to buy lowering springs. They’re progressive so she’s already stiff back there but I like my cornering G’s...

Pull snowmobile trailer and haul rock/mulch in summer time so need the payload. That’s a 3/4 yard of soil on my old setup, now I can put 15-30 psi the bags and stay level.

*edit- mobile compressors are cheaper and more reliable than an air suspension. My father has the air ride, great system if it’s over 20 degrees Fahrenheit.

Took the family out to our Socal desert to enjoy the outdoors. Initially i wanted to show the kids the nicely sculptures we have in the middle of the desert in Anza Borrego but i didn't know the area was going to be closed because of the Corona virus crap. The entire park trail system is open to the public now but this specific area is still closed. We'll be be back in a couple of weeks anyways so hopefully this will be open by then.
https://www.theoutbound.com/san-diego/photography/visit-the-anza-borrego-metal-sculptures#:~:text=The Anza Borrego Sculptures are like something straight out of a movie.&text=An artist named Ricardo Breceda,foot-long serpent, etc.

So instead i decided to explore the sand washes around and made it a spa day for the truck plus i took the opportunity to teach my 14 13 and 12 YO kids their first driving lessons with the big ol girl. They had blast. We literally had the entire wash for us, so all 3 drove the truck around Fonts point wash in Anza Borrego and learned how to use the mirrors before turning, what turn signals are and how to operate them ,how to give the truck some gas in a controlled way and drive in very loose sand while in 4x4 hahaha. it was a great experience for the family.

I thought i had another video clip with the truck doing 60mph here but my Iphone didn't record haha.
This was also my Accutune King valving official brake-in day after the revalving i had done a few months ago before the Corona strike. Truck felt incredibly well put and we spent around 2 hours going around most of these washes just enjoying the day and working out the suspension.
Not bad for a truck with 88k miles and still on unmolested front LCA's and tierods, 12k miles of it on 37's that can do 80mph with one hand on the hwy, zero wander she doesn't track around fwy grooves and thats even with tires at 34psi.
