Heard a clunk coming from the rear end somewhere. When I shook the truck side to side it sounded like metal on metal slapping. Took awhile but found the culprit, trackbar. Heim on one end is toast and on the other end the misaligns amd mounting brackets got wallowed out from using the oem hardware and not buying shanked bolts. Ordered new misaligns, heims (this time Kevlar reinforced) and shanked 5/8 grade 8 hardware.

Battery died just like that from day to day, so went with the biggest one that I could fit. OEM battery lasted for 5years, friends lasted 9yearso_O. But my personal best is an AcDelco in an old Vette, 14years

100Ah with 900CCA

That looks like a heavy duty battery! I’ll be doing that too when the time comes.

Feel like I haven’t seen a post by you in a bit! How’s things across the pond in all this mess?

Yeah the U.S is getting hammered. It’s crazy.

We’re up there in cases but managing with all the lockdowns [emoji2369] Military is helping with areas hard hit and even helping to run nursing homes

Ive never seen a house with flowing water in it though it could be possible lol.

About 20 years ago when my wife and I were shopping for our first home we looked at a house built in the 1800s that had an artisanal spring in the basement with a constant, pencil thick, stream of water coming out of it that ran into a channel and then to... somewhere. We did not buy that property. :)

Lmao. Seriously ? That’s nuts! Although I’m sure there is a prepper out there that would have paid double [emoji1787]

Did all sorts of fun stuff this weekend. Took a bunch of old rotors from my work up to the scrapyard plus me and my dad’s old mufflers. (Got $18 for 350 lbs worth of scrap lol) Added a new tool box for the bed to free up some backseat space, and had a chance to clean her up too.

Quebec and Ontario are getting hammered pretty good. The other provinces are doing quite well all things considered. I'm from BC and the difference between us and Washington state is startling. Very similar in population and demographics but quite different in the results. Hard to say why. What I can say is thank goodness for our medical system. I have been hearing some horror stories from my US brother and sisters.
Good Luck everyone and stay safe.

Ever walk away from your vehicle, take a glance back and smile? I know you have have.... we all have. Here's mine from today, as well as catching one of the boys "day dreaming". Life is good. :waytogo:

Nice ride. What offset is your wheels.

Thank you, much appreciated.

Offset on the Fuel wheels is actually zero (o). 20 x 9's, Maxtrac lift set the front spindles out 2" so I added 2" spacers for the rear to balance out the stance.

When these tires wear out I might go up to 35"s.
