A series is a solid choice. Basalt fiber cones have an excellent sound quality and nice bass reflex. You will like them. Also they ate shallow enough for all four doors.

Awesome! It was a spur of the moment pickup. Got a great deal, too!

@Addicted2fishing - To answer your question it's not looking to good for me to stay in the Ram family. A Ram with a diesel engine is outside my price range based on the M.S.R.P., but I've not spoken to a salesperson yet about it. The other truck I'm looking at is the Chevy Silverado. I know that might **** some people off, but price wise and gas engine reliability is a little better that the Hemi. Sorry to say.

@Socalramfan - Your dog looks awesome.

Now for the regular posting stuff. Got the oil changed on it and drove it over the weekend. :sleepy:

Too bad.... well, I personally like the style of the new GM and if it weren’t for the fact I hate that company I’d consider it at some point in my life. I love my Ram but I’m not so close minded that I think it’s the end all be all of trucks.

Fingers crossed ya find a good deal!

How difficult was it to change that tube, any special tools needed to disconnect the pressure lines?

No special tools are needed. It's a lot easier if you remove the tire and fender liner. For the fuel line, there is a blue & white plastic lock clip. Simply pull up on the blue piece (it may come off; not a big deal), and then push hard on the white piece (like pushing a button). The fuel line will then be released. To reinstall the line, push in the line until the connector locks back into place, the reinsert the blue piece.

Picked up these Rebel takeoffs today for $250. Only defect is a little curb rash on one rim. Debating on flipping them or keeping them. Not sure if the black in the wheel looks good with how much chrome is on the truck. Figure I could make a decent buck off of them with a little bit of patience. What do y'all think?
