Well, despite the frigid temps I managed to get her some exterior TLC. Power wash at coin wash to get the hard to reach places followed by a shell touch less. Took her home and used a quick detailer and figured out the amount of area to spray before it freezes lol. Used some tire shine too ans purposely over sprayed onto the wheels. Used that to clean them and give them some protection. No clue if it’s bad for them though lol. Anyways, that’s my story. 930038525dcb0e417ca5f65259fd55d6.jpg

Right now, I'm especially jealous of that. 2 snow blowers going for at least 8 hours today, I'm tired and sore. Got nearly 4 feet in approximately 18 hours or so, I'm used to snow but not at that rate. Finally got my truck cleared off at least..

Neighbors are going to have a real difficult time getting their cars out tomorrow. One is an accord and the other is a murano... I have no idea which is which anymore:

I so don't miss that. We gave away our 2 snow blowers when I got transferred down here.

Brings back fun childhood memories growing up in the Northeast :waytogo:

Love the color of your Ram

I lived in Syracuse for a while and saw some real good storms up there...otherwise for being an hour south, this is the biggest snow storm I can remember since the blizzard of 93 when I was 7. Even then it took 48 hours to dump that snow, and I think we beat that record by a couple of inches in the 18 hours for this one.

And thank you! I've always liked the delmonico red and was happy to find one in it when I was shopping last.

I so don't miss that. We gave away our 2 snow blowers when I got transferred down here.

Yep if we ever move away I won't miss that part... I love driving in it and would miss that but otherwise I don't enjoy it very much.

that's getting a bit personal, isn't it? ;)

Lol. I honestly love these tires. So far they’ve been better than my duratracs in snow. I’m not a tire scientist but you figure more aggressive tread would be better in snow [emoji2369]

Cleaned up the rear end a couple days ago. Wire wheel, degreaser and 3 coats of VHT rollbar and chassis paint later and it looks brand new. Super happy with the results

Love that paint. Probably one of my favorites right out the can!

Looks beautiful, but so glad I don't even own a snow shovel :waytogo:

I can completely agree. That’s #1 reason I didn’t remain in WI. Been having shadowhawk withdrawals for a couple weeks now. Not enough to brave the elements.

that's getting a bit personal, isn't it? ;)

That ain’t what you told me the other day, buddy...

Rock lights install! Wanted a set of these for awhile!

Man it feels like it’s been a long time since I’ve posted here lol...

Got my remote start installed.

My battery finally put out it’s last electrical charge and is now in battery hell. I need to go buy a new one today.

Still have not installed my new Kicker speakers and Kenwood amp, hoping to get to that this weekend but I dunno, there’s a ton of snow outside and I need to replace my battery.

Still need to install my new front bumper.

Also need to reseal a retrofit so I can sell them in the for sale section.

Also to do this weekend.

Fired her up at 7:30 this morning to go get an inspection sticker. Only 7 degrees this morning. :doublepuke: :insane:
Let warm up for 20 minutes before heading out. Got there first in line, like I usually do and she's all set till next year. Until I have to go back in September for the beast to get her inspection sticker.

Still has tire shine on tires, but he got a bath. Matching rear bumper should arrive in next 5-7 days. 040410e31431666d44e61f95410fcd3f.jpg7f3fb0f599d7fe716d331cc2c490c5c3.jpg37425e67a5a5b2ab0c4184ab8c78ff45.jpgc04d8a4c9f9ba8e9f84d4dd4fe0d5530.jpg5688eea294b809ba91fdf9cc1cf94aca.jpgf90eaa29b8d3f8c231f3697b63754115.jpg

Having some stalling issues, rough idling, and a few flatlines. Decided to clean up the TB and see if it helps. Didn’t snap any photos after it was cleaned, bonehead moment. Here’s the few I took. Not a tough job, browsed a write up here by @kgbigcountry.78 to make sure I didn’t miss anything.

Amazing. The tailgates fall off and that recall, and now the fuses just pop right out? Sad
I wouldn't say pop right out. Just not seated fully. They're definitely in there for me at least just not bottomed out. Could be normal these days but I'm not used to it by any means.

and how's the truck run now?

i did the factory throttle reset, drove it around the block, seen no improvements.
Parked it. Did some gift wrapping, came back out to try again, truck ran flawlessly.
So I guess it’s fixed.
