Replaced all 16 spark plugs for the 100,000 mile maintenance checklist. Post office lost my plugs for 3 days between the distribution center in Richmond, Va and my local office. Then today they showed up a day late(bafoons). Ordered from Rock Auto which beat all the local prices! Truck is happy again and I need more beer. On the plus side my daughter now knows how to do plugs on my truck. Plugs on the non e-torque trucks are pretty easy. The only one that gave me grief were the two plugs right beside the brake booster.

Had to get a new starter installed. Long story, short version is that last Thursday after driving several places throughout the day I decided to go fill up the truck for a road trip we were taking starting Friday morning. Jumped in the truck and had no start, no nothing. Went through the normal checks, battery, fuses, solenoid, etc. but nothing. Ended up taking the wife's car. Got home Sunday afternoon, took the battery to get checked, checked ECM, jacked the truck up, fiddled with the starter, still nothing. Monday morning it started...drove straight to my mechanic. Several diagnostic reviews and multimeter to the starter later...starter went bad! The truck has 37K miles on it. I seriously thought about trading it in.

Got the old factory tint out and put in 15% all around except for windshield. 5% on the brow. Then tinted tails and turn signals.

Ordered those tow hook covers which come off easily if I ever need the tow hooks. Installed some bigger ditch lights. Had 3” before , now have 5” lights. Also installed some thick rubber CloudRider mud flaps. Way better than the wimpy oem Ram mud flaps.IMG_5298.jpeg

Nice.

Thinking of getting the top of my windshield done in 5%. Sun here in the Palmetto state can get intense, especially in the warmer months.

Put a set of tow hook covers on mine a few months back. Even in the sun and weather here. They haven’t faded or warped at all.

Mine are orange.

Do it! Perfect here in Colorado with sunshine all the time.

Changed out my cabin air filter out with the K&N with Cherry sent.
That right tab was a 8itch to snap off for some reason. I had to use some words that would make mom blush.
