Only changed from the Dodge Durango SRT because I need a truck, the TRX was a tad too expensive ;)

I loved my awd Durango R/T I actually traded it in on my Charger, but then COVID hit when it was only 6 months old and like no miles. That’s why I skip over that car. It’s basically a garage queen. Only out on good days. Never seen rain. I’d kill for my wife to agree to a hellcat Durango. She didn’t like it as a daily so a Pacifica she got.

IMG_2242.JPG 2005 Dodge Dakota which was my first truck. I loved that truck, drove the hell out of it with minimal maintenance, 225K when the trans solenoid pack went out and I got my Ram. Many other vehicles before that, everything from Saturns and a Cavalier to an 83 Cutlass with ttops and a 350 Olds Rocket, wish I'd kept that one.

Just bought 2021 Ram 1500 Hemi Limited etorque. Truck is nice but gas mileage sucks!! 12.5 to 13 on hwy w/ adaptive cruise and nothing in it.
Thinking about taking my licks and ordering a 3.6 Limited.

My first truck was a 2000 GMC 1500 step side.
Then I went to a 2004 Chevy 1500
I really liked both trucks but I bought them w over 100k miles so I didn’t keep them too long.
I just bought a 2019 Classic w 10k miles so I’m thinking I’m keeping this one for a handful of years. Easily the nicest/newest truck I’ve owned.

I had a 2019 BMW 640GT. Large sedan that is made for the road. Minimal fatigue on long or tedious driving. Beautiful transmission with endless linear power. It's quite the car to travel in.

Now have a 2020 1500 Limited with a 3.92 rear. It's heavier and the fuel mileage isn't the greatest, however, the interior is better than the Beemer and we have more cabin space and a truck bed which is far more useful. The real plus and impressive aspect of this vehicle is the truck's ride, handling, and quiet interior. It sways less than the Beemer as well. Overall it rivals the Beemer in the overall refinement department.

75 Powerwagon was my first Mopar. 318 (added a 4bbl & vintage X heads) 4-spd (granny gear with probably 4 teeth on it!), full time 4wd and leaf springs on all corners. We put in velour captain's chairs from a conversion van. Man, that truck was fun!

Had a kid, needed practicality, so a 2dr. Cherokee. Since then:

97 1500 RCSB 5.2 4x4, 99 1500 RCSB 5.2 4x4 5 spd, 04 1500 QC HEMI Sport 4x4, and then last year, a 19 1500 Classic CC HEMI SLT 4x4.

Gave the 04 to a 17 year old for his 1st vehicle. I think I helped make another generation of Ram owner!

Before I bought my 2019 Ram Laramie Cummins Diesel dually I drove a 1995 Toyota Tacoma -- for 23 years ! I'll tell ya what. After first looking at the Ram Cummins duallys the Dealer had lined up at the corner of their lot that day, and then having to walk back over to my worn and weather beaten 25 year old Tacoma, I felt demoralized. It looked like a pea shooter by comparison. And I once through it was the most beautiful truck in the world.

Subaru WRX with all the cool go-fast bits (the missus was always embarrassed by me starting/driving/anything with that car), then an Audi Q5 hybrid, but then my buddy got a Ram 1500 Limited and I couldn't stop thinking about it until I got one!

Many Chevy’s and GMC’s since I turned 16 in 1971. Switched to a new Ram in 2014. That one got totaled with only 15k miles on it by a young ******* her phone. Bought new 2016 Bighorn. Love Ram trucks.
