What did you guys pay for your rams?

I don`t buy new trucks,I rather let some one else take the retail hit.

I bought my first 1995 Ram 3500 w/cummins - five speed and dual wheels from a salvage pool in Arkansas in about 1997. It was hit in the right front. And I gave 6500.00 for it wrecked. I put another 20k in it building it and a weeks labor with my son doing most of the work. I still drive it and have about 200k miles on it. My Son is a fantastic body and paint man.


A few day ago I bought a 1998 Bank repo. It`s the 8.0L V-10 w/ Automatic transmission. It has the club/Quad cap with all the whistles and bells. Has the factory Chrome wheels and has the diamond tread locking tool box in the bed. I also has the factory towing package and the window sticker shows it as being the HD, I guess that means the heavy duty.

I paid 1500.00.

But, It needs tires on the front a windshield and the transmission repaired. I contacted the previous owner and he said the engine was rebuilt about 40k miles ago. It now has 163K. The body paint is Green over what looks to be a pearl silver with a Camel colored interior. It`s really a sharp truck and I can`t wait to get it on the road.

Anybody bought a 2012 recently now that the 2013s are starting to show up?

Trying to decide what I could get a 5.7L 4x4 Crew Cab for. Doesn't have to be loaded but the Uconnect would be nice.

We just bought a 2012 tradesman it was $29050 we got it for $22650 after trading in our carbut it has a 4.7 instead of a 5.7. The 0 percent interest for 84 months was nice saves quite a bit not having any interest charges.

i got mine a month ago. its the st but they colored the bumpers added the dual exhaust, hemi, uconnect (so it looks like an express) and with the trade in we paid $28,250. sticker was 35k. mine is the quad cab though. crew cab might be a little more

Definitely wouldn't have bought the polysteel. It's nothing more than a paint sealant which you can get for like $50 from any car detailing supplier. So you got a express quad cab 4wd with 3.92 gears, uconnect, and probably the st preferred package for $33k sticker? And then trade in to drop it down?

well i guess im one of "those" kids. i know how it is to pay your way. my first 2 cars i bought, fixed and paid for my insurance gas and all that. when i moved to vegas the kids here are stupid spoiled and that made me mad too. like my neighbor had a ford raptor then graduation present got a c63 amg i think.
but i know where your coming from. i was in the same boat. just saying....doesnt hurt to have someone give you stuff

the polysteel they put on every car thats comes into the dealership. no choice pretty much. and yeah. bascially 33k sticker and i traded my car in for about 8k
